Nomisma.org | A Namespace for Numismatics

Nomisma.org is a collaborative project to develop a name space that will provide stable digital representations of numismatic concepts according to the principles of Linked Open Data. These take the form of http URIs that also provide access to reusable information about those concepts, along with links to other resources.

It's central role in the development of Linked Data tools for the presentation of numismatic material on the Web was recognized in May 2014, when it received the patronage of the International Numismatic Council.
